Project Overview

River North Sales & Service, Chicagoland's premier beverage services organization, came to Delicious Mission in need of a Web site that, while catering primarily to its retail customers, would also remain accessible and attractive to consumers.

Site Features

The site provides visitors with the entire River North product catalog, information about the various brands they carry, general information about River North, company news, and a schedule of sponsored events. Search functionality allows visitors to easily locate specific products or information within the site.

The site also offers retailers various online tools allowing them to submit requests and send in feedback about their experiences with River North. These tools help eliminate lengthy paperwork for retailers and make it easier for River North to provide its customers with the highest possible quality of service. Additions to the current online tools are already in the planning stages.

Technical Notes

Although the site makes heavy use of Javascript and Flash for presentation enhancement, users without these capabilities or users who simply don't want them, will still have full access to all the site has to offer.

The River North Sales & Service Web site was built using the incredible CakePHP Web application framework.
